Difficulty Manager

Easily adjust the difficulty of your next game of Eco.

  • A list of the specialty costs is updated live when changes to SpecialtyCostMultiplier is made.
  • Modify any other skill-related settings, like skill points gained per action and crafting time.

Network Control Tool

Take control of the Network.eco file with this tool, allowing you to change the following and more.

  • Set your server description text.
  • Change the server tick rate to send updates more or less frequently.
  • Change the ports used by the game and web server.

EcoSim Commander

The tool for easily making changes to your EcoSim.eco file. Some of the things you are able to do include:

  • Adjusting general game settings, like the housing skill limit.
  • Controlling CO2 pollution values from plants, trees and animals.
  • Advanced control over plants, trees, animals and seeds.

Hello and welcome to Viper's Eco Tools!

Viper's Eco Tools contains tools that I've written for the game Eco Global Survival by Strange Loop Games. These tools will make it easier to manage and configure the game's server settings, especially the more complex ones.

A few things that are nice to know

You can hide this sidebar by clicking the little arrow to the top left of it (or top right on mobile devices). This is a per-page setting that is stored and recalled the next time you visit, as long as you have cookies enabled.

Text that has a dotted line beneath it will show a helpful tooltip when hovering over it (this one won't though).
Most tools will have this functionality for item names to help explain what they do.

The tools have not been designed for use on mobile devices, but non-tool pages should work. You can read more about that on the About & FAQ page.
